As a member of the Cisco SecureX technology ecosystem partnership program, alphaMountain was invited to support Cisco in investigations of suspicious activity in the Black Hat USA 2021 networks.
As events surfaced to the Cisco Network Operations team, they utilized the Cisco SecureX platform to triage possible threats, using threat intelligence feeds from alphaMountain and other partners.
For example, Cisco observed a connection to a known suspicious site, which was quickly identified by alphaMountain as risky and was immediately added to the firewall rules for protection.
